The Job Responsibility
Candidate reports to Managing Director of BISEARCH GROUP,
He/She is to establish and build a sustainable, reputable and profitable Executive Search practice for BISEARCH GROUP in the assigned region.
Principal accountabilities
Project management & Execution:
- Conduct assignments in the Territory to generate revenue in accordance with agreed plans and budgets to obtain the necessary revenue for the health of the company.
- Maintain client relationship
Business Development:
- Establish market understanding for the territory through market research for likely clients (most likely MNC’s initially) so that the company can focus on its most approachable market.
- Prepare and conduct a business development plan including a schedule of weekly calls to clients and prospective clients to ensure that the BISEARCH GROUP name is prominent among target clients.
- Ensure that the BISEARCH GROUP name is well known and widely respected by taking part as much as possible in local events, societies and gatherings.
Others:
- Involve in company marketing activity should it is needed
- Involve in internal management based upon mutual agreement.
Education and Experience:
Education Background:
Bachelor degree above.
Professional experience
10+ years’ working experience, in which
- 3 + years in either foreign invested company or provide service to multinational companies
- Preferably 2+ years in search industry.
Cold calling experience a plus.
Language skill:
Mandarin – fluent
English – Good
General skill and type:
